Estimates

Estimates given by phone, email or photo are indicative. A firm price is confirmed after bench inspection and before work begins.

Authorisation

We do not carry out chargeable work without your approval. If additional faults are found, we stop and contact you.

Payment

Payment is due on collection or delivery unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept card, cash and bank transfer.

Warranty

Parts we supply and the labour to fit them are warranted for twelve months in normal domestic use. The warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, bulbs and pre-existing faults elsewhere in the fixture.

Antique items

Restoration of aged materials carries inherent risk. We photograph items before disassembly and advise on risks before starting, but cannot guarantee against failure of already-degraded original components.

Uncollected items

Items left for more than 90 days after completion notice may be disposed of to recover costs, after written notice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. Nothing here limits rights you have under Texas law.
